If my party is only a couple of hours, do I still have to rent the machine for 8 hours?
We are happy to accommodate your party! Give us the start time and end time to your party, and we will do our best to arrive about an hour before your party starts so you have time to prepare the soft serve before your guests arrive. We will pick up the machine and equipment after your party ends. The rental charge remains the same whether your rent the machine for one hour or eight hours.
What if my party is more than 8 hours?
We will gladly accommodate up to a ten hour rental for an additional $50 fee.
I want to host an ice cream party with all the toppings, do you supply the toppings or do I?
We supply you with the soft serve machine and all the supplies you need to make three gallons of vanilla and three gallons of chocolate ice cream. You supply your own toppings.
Can I use the soft serve machine for an outdoor party?
Commercial soft serve machines require indoor facilities in order to run properly. The indoor temperature must be no more than 73*F for the soft serve machine to run properly.
What do I need for the soft serve rental to work in my space?
Twist and Shout provides everything necessary for the soft serve machine to make three gallons of vanilla and three gallons of chocolate soft serve. The only things you need to provide is a standard 15 amp kitchen outlet and an indoor space for our ice cream cart which is 64″ high, 55″ wide (though the machine itself is only 19″ wide, it requires unobstructed air on both sides), and 37″ deep.
